Community Transform seeks to confront 'worklessness' amongst young adults (mainly 16-25 years) who have never been in employment or only spasmondically (often referred to a NEET; not in education, employment or training) by providing trade skills training in a wrap-around mentoring environment. This will lead to them gaining employment and making a positive contribution to community life through skills training and social enterprise activity
